Shipping & Returns
1) Shipping:
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days.
*Orders may take up to 1-2 days to process, which is not included in shipping time. Shipping rates may change. Each order is carefully handpicked and inspected before shipping.
2) Tracking Your Order
You should receive tracking information in your email if it's available. Feel free to reach out to our customer support team (support@hijabiliusclothing.com) - We are always eager to assist you.
If tracking number is not active; please keep in mind that it may take up to 4 days after shipment for tracking number to be activated. Rest assured that you will receive you're order.
3) Returning Your Order
You have 5 days from receiving your order to request a return.
*Items must be unused, unworn, free of stains, odors and undamaged. They must be in their original packaging and tags must be attached.
You’ll need to ship your return within 10 days of receiving the label. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please allow us up to 3 business days to process your return, after we received and inspected the items.
If item/s are defective, Hijabilius reserves the right to return your order.
